Mission
- Own the development of AI-driven web applications, ensuring high performance and seamless user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement innovative GenAI use cases
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior developers and fostering a culture of learning and innovation
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with business goals
- Drive the adoption of best practices in frontend development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability
- Conduct regular UX reviews, providing insights and recommendations to enhance user interaction and satisfaction
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI and frontend technologies, sharing knowledge and inspiring the team
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement efforts
Skills
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in frontend development
- Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, CSS-in-JS, and Material-UI
- Strong skills in Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful APIs
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices like Git and CI/CD
- Expertise in state management using Redux and Context API
- Solid testing skills using Jest and Cypress
- Familiarity with the latest AI/ML APIs, performance optimisation, and security best practices
- Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for collaboration within a team-oriented environment
- Passion for user experience design to create intuitive and engaging interfaces
- Bonus: Experience in AI-driven applications
- Advanced English language skills
