You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Ensuring effective collection, systemization, analysis, and disclosure of Group's accurate sustainable finance information in compliance with applicable requirements
• Coordinating initiatives, developing current and integrating new processes
• Presenting results, status updates on sustainability related projects and other information to top-level management and auditors
• Contributing to the preparation of public information related to the Group's sustainable finance, including interim/annual reports, strategic plans
• Advising and collaborating with Group companies or other teams within the Group
• Performing calculations, modelling, etc., and coordinating Group companies to ensure appropriate disclosures, budgeting, forecasting and/or monitoring of sustainable finance and sustainability-related information
• Responding to requests from rating agencies, analysts, etc.
• Tracking global sustainability (ESG) trends and regulatory news, sharing them within the organisation and contributing to the Group's compliance with ESG data management requirements.

Required for this position:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or similar field
• 3+ years of experience in finance, financial audit or similar
• Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills (both verbal & written)
• Proficient in using of MS Office programs (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)
• Have excellent analytical skills, ability to systematize and summarize information, manage large information flows
• Experience in process improvement or initiating and implementing new processes 
• Are able to communicate analysis conclusions to top-level management
• Interest in sustainability and motivated to contribute to positive environmental and social change through finance.

Would be an advantage: 

• Experience in sustainable finance
• Financial modelling experience 
• Participating in CFA/ACCA qualification
• Knowledge of legislation on corporate sustainability reporting.
