BUSINESS SYSTEMS PROJECT MANAGER

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and designing IT systems that deliver tangible results;
- Planning and managing the complete project lifecycle—from concept development to final implementation;
- Developing clear and concise technical specifications and documentation;
- Testing IT solutions to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability;
- Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, providing guidance and insights;
- Identifying challenges and proposing effective, innovative solutions to enhance efficiency;
- Monitoring system performance metrics and ensuring that all processes align with established goals and timelines;
- Budget planning and control.
Required for this position:
Required for this position:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT analyst, project manager, or in a similar role;
- Proven expertise in gathering business requirements and transforming them into actionable technical documentation (proficiency in UML and BPMN is highly desirable);
- Strong familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence;
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement project roadmaps while ensuring timely execution;
- A solid understanding of technological concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams;
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in both Lithuanian and English.
Would be an advantage:
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.

Salary range for this position group is 3267 to 4900 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
