Administrator/Accountant
Task information:
Working closely with the head of a German foundation opening office in Vilnius, dealing with administrative and accounting tasks of a very small team. That means planning and organising logistics and finances of a small office relatively independently. Prepare tax documents with help of accounting company, and independently ad-hoc reports for various foundation needs. Helping to create the logistics and atmosphere of a new office.
Requirements:
- University graduate with relevant degree and at least three years of work experience in a relevant field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with precision.
- A proactive problem solver who doesn't just find issues but resolves them efficiently.
- Passion for liberal values and good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a small team and desire to learn new things
- Excellent English and Lithuanian, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of German a bonus
- Knowledge of accounting systems like BC-17 and Navision a bonus
