My name is Indrė Stasiulytė and I am Head of Demand Management. I am looking for a curious person who would coordinate quarterly product and service development demand planning and execution. Ready to make better happen?

I want to offer you an opportunity to work with IT development initiatives and become a trusted liaison among demand owners and delivery teams that need to agree on most important quarterly objectives. You would step in to organize and coordinate execution level planning events (e.g. demand reviews, delivery pre / post planning events, epic refinements) and foster operational excellence.

Is this you? You are special in a way that you "know how to make two kids happy when there is only one toy to play with" - you are able to make stakeholders happy even when there are some limits on resources. You are also able to:

• Work independently and transcend personal interests to achieve common goals.
• Adjust plans and maintain direction when unexpected situations occur.
• Communicate with many stakeholders of different backgrounds and seniority.

Your experience is in:

• Managing IT related projects.
• Working with or analyzing IT and/or Business processes.
• Communicating fluently in English and Lithuanian languages (both written and spoken form).
• Working with Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence) (advantage).
• Knowing SAFe (advantage).
