We help tech enthuasiasts solve problems commonly associated with running a startup by providing workspace, team of talents, seed funding, mentoring, and training. We are urban because the future belongs to cities and we are „binary“ because we want to change the rules of the game in the real estate industry, a field that has been unchanged for hundreds of years.
