Procurement specialist

• Strategic responsibility for certain commodities;
• Ensuring material cost targets are met;
• Close cooperation with our development team in order to optimize product costs;
• Contribute in the definition and implementation of the supply chain management strategy;
• Definition and implementation of product group strategies in the area of responsibility;
• Supplier management including supplier scouting, supplier selection and contract management;
• Conduct global benchmarks and tenders;
• Risk management for the product groups and suppliers to be managed;
• Regular reporting and optimization of reporting structures;
• Escalation level for material planning in the event of critical material bottlenecks.

• Completed economics or technical studies or comparable training;
• Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years), ideally in comparable commodities such as aluminum, steel, hydraulic and/or electronic components;
• Good knowledge of SAP MM;
• Fluent in English Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• Analytical skills as well as a reliable, structured and solution-oriented way of working;
• High problem-solving skills and hands-on mentality.

Salary offered: 2.400 €/month (gross)
Performance-based annual and motivational bonuses depending on the work results.
