Currently, we are inviting experienced Compensation & Benefits Partner to join our HR team in Vilnius, Lithuania. By joining our team, you will be key person to build, drive and own comp&ben function in Teltonika,

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Define and implement a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals
  • Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
  • Assess employees needs by conducting organisational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees
  • Support of various employee benefit programs
  • Perform regular reviews of the company’s benefit plans, policies, and procedures to ensure legal compliance with government regulations
  • Closely collaborate with Talent Acquisition team in relation to talent attraction & compensation
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure understanding of the company's Compensation & Benefits philosophy, programs and processes.
  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices
  • WE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a comparable role
  • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
  • Strong analythical and critical thinking skills
  • Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations
  • Experience in introducing performance & compensation review process in a big company
  • Attention to details and ability to maintain confidentiality and lead sensitive employee data
  • Native or highly fluent Lithuanian language skills, excellent English language skills (both spoken and written)
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office

    Salary:

    We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 21 Eur/h up to 27 Eur/h (3500 Eur – 4500 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.

    *In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
