Currently, we are inviting experienced Compensation & Benefits Partner to join our HR team in Vilnius, Lithuania. By joining our team, you will be key person to build, drive and own comp&ben function in Teltonika,

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Define and implement a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals

Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations

Assess employees needs by conducting organisational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees

Support of various employee benefit programs

Perform regular reviews of the company’s benefit plans, policies, and procedures to ensure legal compliance with government regulations

Closely collaborate with Talent Acquisition team in relation to talent attraction & compensation

Conduct training sessions to ensure understanding of the company's Compensation & Benefits philosophy, programs and processes.

Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE:

A minimum of 5 years experience in a comparable role

Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management

Strong analythical and critical thinking skills

Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations

Experience in introducing performance & compensation review process in a big company

Attention to details and ability to maintain confidentiality and lead sensitive employee data

Native or highly fluent Lithuanian language skills, excellent English language skills (both spoken and written)

Extensive knowledge of MS Office

OUR OFFER

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 21 Eur/h up to 27 Eur/h (3500 Eur – 4500 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.

*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
