We are currently seeking an ambitious Key Account Manager to join our growing international Sales team in Vilnius.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- set growth strategies with key customers and focus on meeting contractual obligations
- manage and develop relationships with our most strategic customers
- create and manage project plans, overseeing cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion
- interface with customer at a high level and successfully manage key revenue programs to avoid escalations
- focus on the client growth and development, creating added value together
- ensure performance on key business metrics aligns with business objectives (revenue growth, margin performance, cost management/PPV, inventory turns, AR management, etc.)
- provide weekly/monthly status update reports to management
WE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position (experience in the manufacturing field is an advantage)
- English language skills at a C1 level or higher, as it will be the primary working language,
- German language skills are a big plus
- excellent MS Office skills
- exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize effectively

Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive compensation package that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position starts at 18 Eur/h to 25 Eur/h (~3024 Eur – 4150 Eur) pre-tax, with unlimited bonus opportunities depending on the size of a team and work results.
*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
