HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT FOR AMERICAS CONTINENT
Currently, we are inviting a highly experienced Head of Development to join our management team in Vilnius and lead Teltonika offices in the Americas continent. The Head of Development will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, expanding Teltonika offices in the Americas, enhancing financial performance, ensuring compliance with standards, and managing operational and financial indicators.
The headquarters, run by the parent company Teltonika IoT Group, coordinates the activities of Lithuanian high-tech companies operating under the brand name of Teltonika as well as all the representative offices of Teltonika around the world.

In this role, you will:
- Developing and implementing of long-term company growth strategy in the Americas.
- Opening new offices and managing operational activities in both existing and newly established offices within the continent.
- Leading the CEOs of Teltonika offices in the Americas continent, setting and evaluating their operational goals ensuring office expansion, hiring, and integrating employees.
- Developing financial strategies and plans with a focus on profitability and sustainable growth.
- Developing sales strategies considering market needs and competition.
- Planning and implementation of effective marketing strategies in new markets.
- Fostering effective collaboration with finance, HR, logistics, and HQ.
- Monitoring the performance of the continent and assessment of their effectiveness.
What we expect of you:
- 5+ years of successful leadership experience.
- Strong background in operations, finance, sales, and business management.
- Proven track record of success in opening offices in new markets, leading companies, and expanding businesses.
- Fluent in the English language.
- Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Strategic thinking with a strong operational and business mindset.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse cultures.
Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 45 Eur/h up to 50 Eur/h (~7500 Eur – 8300 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and, with the option to get bonuses which depend on your results.
