CRO Specialist
My name is Daiva Marcelė, and I am leading Digital Sales and Operations team in Telia Lithuania. Right now we are looking for a new team member – CRO Specialist to carry out hands-on CRO strategy implementation and join our team in Vilnius!

As a CRO Specialist you will work in close collaboration with CRO Manager and be responsible for implementing and analyzing A/B and other tests, configuring tracking tools, and leveraging data insights to boost website CR and achieve business goals.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate closely with the CRO Manager to plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests that drive higher CR, better user engagement, and improved overall UX
- Implement optimization and personalization activities within our testing platforms (BlueConic, Optimizely, GTM), extending our focus from the WEB to include our iOS and Android APPs
- Configure tracking tools and technical components to accurately measure user interactions and ensure data accuracy
- Act as technical subject matter expert on AB testing implementation best practices, keeping up with industry updates and bringing change and innovation to our processes
- Proactively check optimization activities for quality issues, raise problems and thrive to improve our work
- Ensure that WEB applications and pages work seamlessly across various browsers and devices
- Optimize web experiences for mobile devices, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience on all screen sizes
- Support CRO Manager from technical perspective in driving change and optimization in the wider digital organization.

Your skills and experience:
- >2 years hands-on experience in A/B testing
- Professional experience in using A/B testing tools and platforms (Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, etc.);
- Fluency in running data analysis through Google Analytics & GA4, experience with tracking implementation/optimization
- Understanding of UX research methodologies, user psychology, and UX/usability principles;
- Technical Proficiency: HTML/CSS/JavaScript (ability to understand, not required to write code itself).

Working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary 3100 - 3900Eur plus yearly bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
