Our client is the producer of one of the most prestigious cosmetic brands, distributed exclusively in pharmacies. Its products are being sold all over the world and the portfolio includes face-, body- and hair care. Due to the launch of the brand in the Baltic countries, we are looking for an experienced


Main responsibilities:
  • Achieve all key sales measures and target for the responsible accounts
  • Develop and manage customer relationships with existing clients
  • Target and open new clients in line with channel strategy
  • Lead and negotiate annual agreements with chain clients
  • Define appropriate assortment for each client and ensure its permanent availability
  • Define and execute a yearly marketing plan for each pharmacy chain
  • Forecast and monitor sales, report results
  • Track sell-out and optimal stock level
  • Execute with excellence new product launches and animations
  • Ensure all trade and marketing funds are spent in the most efficient way to drive business growth

We require:
  • At least 3 years’ experience as KAM in the pharmacy sector
  • Perfect knowledge of P&L
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent English, Russian will be a plus

Salary 2500 euro + monthly bonus 800 Euro (Gross)
