Currently, we are inviting an ambitious quality assurance engineer to join our growing team in Moletai, Lithuania.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- ensure customer quality requirements in production
- resolve customer and production quality issues
- perform quality data analysis and prepare reports
- prepare control plans
- participate in the production process risk assessment PFMEA
- administer and resolve customer complaints regarding product quality (CAPA)
- prepare and supervise procedures, instructions, standards, and other documentation necessary for quality assurance
- workplace in production, single shift
WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:
- higher education in engineering
- proficiency in quality assurance methods (8D, PFMEA, Control Plan)
- ability to read technical documentation and specifications
- proficiency in LEAN tools and methodologies
- strong MS Office skills
- ability to work both independently and in a team
- English language proficiency at B2 level3
OUR OFFER
Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive compensation package that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position starts from 14 Eur/h to 18 Eur/h (~2350 Eur – 3000 Eur) pre-tax, with bonus opportunities depending from work results.
* In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
