PROCESS EXCELLENCE COORDINATOR • TELEMATICS

We are looking for a Process Excellence Coordinator to strengthen our ambitious and curious BA and BI team in Vilnius, Lithuania. You will work with the leading telematics solutions in the world and master your process and change management skills.

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious process master to improve their complex process management and improvement skills, develop a comprehensive knowledge of enhancing organizational goals, and generate readiness and management models.

In this role, you will:

• Identify, implement, and develop process maturity management models within the organization.
• Coordinate strategy deployment and set organizational goals and indicators.
• Organize and conduct training sessions, providing consultation and support in process management.
• Lead business process modeling and improvement workgroups.
• Review and ensure the compliance of process descriptions with company standards.
• Conduct initial meetings across the multinational teams and departments to set goals, timelines and frameworks to drive process improvements.
• Mentoring and navigating projects and process teams, providing best practices and experience.

What we expect of you:

• Process analysis and optimization experience in large, multinational organizations.
• Familiarity with complex process management and change management methodologies and tools.
• Organizational strategy implementation knowledge.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to formulate insights and solutions.
• Experience in moderating discussions and training sessions.
• Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher).
• Experience in business process architecture would be an advantage.
• Proficiency with specialized process modeling tools (e.g. Visio) would be an advantage.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 25 Eur/h up to 30 Eur/h (~4170 Eur—5000 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
