At isLucid, we’re revolutionizing productivity with cutting-edge AI-powered solution designed for client support and sales teams. We use consultancy based sales model. Together with our potential customers we evaluate the information collected to identify root causes and key areas for improvement.

Our AI tech products suit streamlines call information and insights, empowering agents to close sales faster and resolve support issues efficiently in real time. Voice / email bot looks like from the future and handles conversations. Customers love our products, while your role will be to help building business cases to ensure sustainable long-term product usage.

Position is good both for junior smart and curious people entering the sales and for seasoned professionals. Ambitious and smart candidates will both foresee personal growth in tech, AI, enterprise sales and will earn good compensation. Commission on top of base-salary is based on annual contract value that starts from 25k.

Company is backed by leading in the region Venture Capital funds and is profitable by design. Product market fit is here meaning we will not change our business model in a month. Yet you can expect and drive small changes on a really fast pace affecting the pricing, value offerings and new product spin offs.

Your responsibilities (flexible to re-arange some of that): 

Focus at the beginning – Baltic States + bordering EU countries market.

  • Proactively identify and acquire new clients to grow the business.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation.
  • Present isLucid AI solutions, learn customer needs and articulate their value to potential clients.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with prospects, guiding them toward a successful deal closure.
  • Prepare proposals and gather feedback to improve our product offerings. IT will react on the feedback super fast. So you will be a direct contributor to the back log.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, customer service or similar field (demonstrate your active listening skills!).
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities (demonstrate your capability to reach the next mileston).
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients (show us your human side).
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills (even customers in Baltics, internal knowledge, etc. Is in English).
  • A results-driven mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach (get stuff done – earn more – repeat).
