Task information:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Handling complaints, returns, and other issues related to customer dissatisfaction.
  • Identifying customer needs and assisting them in using specific product features.
  • Providing professional customer service in accordance with company values.
  • Supporting the sales team by informing customers about available products and offers.
  • Nurturing long-term relationships with customers and building a positive company image.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Regularly reporting and providing feedback to the product development department.
  • Translating of marketing materials and campaigns, including creating a Lithuanian website and webshop.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Lithuanian (min. C1).
  • Very good knowledge of English.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service related position (preferably in the technology industry).
  • Understanding of customer service processes and ability to solve problems in a proactive manner.
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy in dealing with customers.
  • Ability to solve problems independently and work under pressure.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience working with individual and/or B2B customers will be an asset.
