Task information:
- Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Handling complaints, returns, and other issues related to customer dissatisfaction.
- Identifying customer needs and assisting them in using specific product features.
- Providing professional customer service in accordance with company values.
- Supporting the sales team by informing customers about available products and offers.
- Nurturing long-term relationships with customers and building a positive company image.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Regularly reporting and providing feedback to the product development department.
- Translating of marketing materials and campaigns, including creating a Lithuanian website and webshop.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Lithuanian (min. C1).
- Very good knowledge of English.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service related position (preferably in the technology industry).
- Understanding of customer service processes and ability to solve problems in a proactive manner.
- Excellent communication skills and empathy in dealing with customers.
- Ability to solve problems independently and work under pressure.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Experience working with individual and/or B2B customers will be an asset.
