Task information:
- Coordinate a digital team of experts of all digital disciplines involved (social, search, display/programmatic and affiliation).
- Develop Digital strategies within the company and grow the department.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external clients, provide recommendations and insights to improve online brand performance.
- Supervise performance marketing and social media campaigns.
- Analyse results alongside the team in order to identify trends, insights and learnings for future campaigns in all channels.
Requirements:
- Have headed or worked in in-house digital or performance departments, media planning or communication agencies for over 1 year.
- Have sold, managed, and planned high-budget online campaigns.
- Have experience in strategic planning and project coordination.
- Have an online mindset, interest and knowledge of how to juggle many digital tools (SEO, SEM, CRO, Google Analytics, you name it).
- Personality: self-driven, result oriented, creative, responsible, self-dependent.
