Task information:

• Responsible for leading projects within the Healthtech Fitness context, specifically focused on body composition analysis solution in a cloud environment.
• Creating and aligning project requirements (Requirements Engineering).
• Assessing resource needs and estimating costs for assigned tasks.
• Collaborating closely with the Product Owner and Product Manager in Hamburg, and the UX/UI and software development teams in Vilnius, to ensure successful project execution.
• Providing regular project reports and aligning with the Vice President of R&D, Head of Software Development, and Product Owner.

Requirements:

• Initial experience in project management or as an experienced project assistant for software projects, with a solid technical understanding of software development.
• Strong analytical thinking, structured work style, and a constructive approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the company’s headquarters in Germany, with potential trips to global customers (approximately 4-8 times per year).
• Strong communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.
• Interest in collaborating with virtual teams.
