Investment Analyst

Task information:

Raft Capital Management UAB, a Baltics focused private equity management firm investing growth capital in high-growth companies across various sectors, is looking for an experienced investment analyst to strengthen their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis, including comparable analysis.
• Perform industry and market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist in preparing investment memoranda and presentations for the investment committee.
• Support due diligence efforts, including evaluating financial statements, operational metrics, and business models.
• Supporting finance team with budgeting, forecasting and consolidation of portfolio companies.
• Support the fund's strategic initiatives, such as fundraising and market expansion.
• Other ad-hoc duties, incl. data and report analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g. CFA) are a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, audit, corporate finance, or private equity.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant financial tools (e.g., Orbis).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage projects under tight deadlines.
