Task information:

  • formulating and controlling the financial policy for a group of companies;
  • managing working capital efficiently, overseeing cash flows, and ensuring liquidity control;
  • developing annual business development plans, economic targets, and budgets that align with income and expenses, while coordinating and ensuring accounting compliance;
  • executing and planning financial operations between group companies, ensuring compliance with audits and financial regulations of respective countries;
  • planning and managing working capital financing, collaborating with Lithuanian and international banks and other financial institutions;
  • managing risk, administering internal and external audits, and cooperating with auditors and tax consultants;
  • improving and optimizing operational and financial reporting tools and processes;
  • preparing monthly financial reports and providing operational information (e.g., financial forecasts, risk analyses) to the management;
  • managing foreign exchange risk;
  • collaborating with external accounting service providers for group companies and coordinating related activities.

Requirements:

  • at least 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager or equivalent role (in a production organization - would be an advantage);
  • a higher education degree in finance, economics or accounting;
  • experience in an international corporate group and experience in ERP implementation would be a significant advantage is a significant advantage;
  • ability to justify decisions based on financial and business insights;
  • initiative in providing insights and solutions, independence, and responsibility in managing assigned tasks;
  • flexibility and the ability to handle multiple large and diverse projects simultaneously;
  • proficiency in English.
