Danish speaking Customer Support specialist (Travel industry)

Join Concentrix, a global leader in technology and services, as a Swedish or Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a major travel company. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, helping clients with bookings, travel arrangements, and solving their queries, all while working from home.
- Bringing great customer service to the customers via phone and e-mail;
- Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings and more;
- Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly.
Requirements:
- To do great in this role, you must be fluent in Danish and have a good command of English;
- Other than that, we'd love for you to be flexible and dynamic addition to our team;
- You will also need to confirm that you have a clear criminal background check.
