Are you a problem-solver who loves helping people plan the perfect trip? Join Concentrix, a global leader in technology and services, as a Swedish or Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a major travel company. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, helping clients with bookings, travel arrangements, and solving their queries, all while working from home. 

• Bringing great customer service to the customers via phone and e-mail;
• Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings and more;
• Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly.

Requirements:

• To do great in this role, you must be fluent in Danish and have a good command of English;
• Other than that, we'd love for you to be flexible and dynamic addition to our team;
• You will also need to confirm that you have a clear criminal background check.
