Software Engineer

Is this your next opportunity?I am Aurelija Viliekė, Head of Content & Comms Solutions in the Enterprise Services division, Telia Company IT. Our team's mission is to develop modern content and communication tools for our customers while working in a truly agile way in DevOps mode.

As a Software engineer, you will have a central role in implementing new functionality and in general evolving Telia’s Internal Communication tools for internal customers. 

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Working in an international team of highly motivated professionals.
• Delivering well-structured, easily maintainable, and high-quality code.
• Writing and executing tests and reviewing code made by others to verify quality.
• Collaborating closely with DevOps experts, other team members, PMs and stakeholders.
• Participating in planning sessions by providing valuable input and ideas.
• Working in an agile way following SaFe principles.

Is this you?

You have a strong motivation for development and technology. You desire to create modern, well-working, and easy-to-use solutions while having an interest in expanding your knowledge on back-end and front-end systems too. You want to work in an interactive team setup, not hesitant to collaborate on different levels physically in the office and virtually via communication tools. You can manage your own time and take pride in being able to complete independent tasks on time while asking and providing help when needed. 

Your competencies:

Your experience:

• 5+ years of work experience as a Front-End or back-end developer 

Programming:

• C#.NET
• JavaScript+CSS
• MSSQL/Azure SQL DatabasePlatforms:
• Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines 
• Azure AppService + Azure SQL​

Beneficial to have:

• Knowledge and experience in working with Graph, OAuth2.
• 3+ years of experience in complex environments is a plus.

Working in this position you will receive a base salary of 4 085 - 6 128 EUR (gross). Plus, annual bonuses vary, depending on your competencies as well as Telia's results.
