We are Workis.online, a platform that connects employers and employees, simplifying job search and work management. By automating task assignments, work tracking, and payments, we streamline labor relations for smooth local and international interactions.
We're looking for a Python, Django, and PostgreSQL developer to join our team, contributing to the development of the Workis.online platform and internal tools.

Requirements:
- strong proficiency in Python, Django, and SQL, with at least 3 years of experience working on backend systems.
- experience managing cloud infrastructure for web applications (AWS experience is a plus).
- familiarity with writing unit tests and ensuring software quality.
- excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
- a collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with the team.
- eagerness to learn, adapt, and innovate.
- attention to detail and a positive attitude toward challenges.
You will be working on:
- developing and maintaining backend solutions using Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and REST technologies;
- collaborating with the product manager and engineering team to deliver features aligned with business needs;
- taking ownership of backend functionality, ensuring high-quality code and best practices;
- writing unit tests to ensure the reliability of your work;
- contributing to the development process and helping shape the future of our products;
- working with the business development team to understand key challenges and drive solution development;
- managing both Python code and the infrastructure it runs on;
- working closely with UI developers, providing support and feedback from users and colleagues;
- thinking of and implementing solutions to optimize support processes.
