Right now, we are looking for an IT Service Manager to join our team. I am Carlos Morales and I am heading the Case Management team in Telia IT. We, at Telia, are a global company, thus we are now building a global Telia IT. As part of new ways to work we are enabling a close cooperation of Business Units and Telia IT.

As ISM, you will manage licensing, GDPR and IT-Security, and daily operations mainly for ServiceNow and Zendesk platform. This is a great opportunity if you love combining technology, economy and business stakeholder relationships. Some of your main responsibilities will be running life cycle management, service level management, develop and maintaining the IT service, establish and maintaining continuous collaboration with IT capabilities and other supporting services (e.g. control center, vendor support, application support) to secure platform availability and continuous operations. Other responsibilities:

  • Take part in IT budgeting, interfacing with vendors and IT services providers.

  • Negotiating license agreements with platform and service providers.

  • Close cooperation with Product Owner, developing IT development roadmap.

  • Participate in process improvement for ways of working.

  • Identify requirements based upon knowledge of business processes and recommendations of our architects.

  • Assists in the delivery of technology solutions to the business and user adoption of new solutions or ways of working.

  • System health monitoring implementation and setting KPI’s.

  • Continuously focus on platform security and performance improvements.

Your Experience:

  • IT and IT management with an understanding of infrastructure, processes and routines – within the last 3 years.

  • You have knowledge of managing cloud and on prem. platforms (preferably ServiceNow).

  • Technical knowledge of ServiceNow is an advantage.

  • Good understanding of IT Security including, GDPR and ISO certifications.

  • Experience managing Projects and IT budgeting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • ITIL experience or certification.

  • ITIL, Agile way of working, SAFe and Lean is familiar mindsets, principles and methodologies that you implemented and worked with.

  • Good IT/business presentation skills for multiple levels of management.

  • University degree in IT or related field.
