We‘re hoping from you:

Requirements:

over 2 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams;
excellent communication, organizational and critical thinking skills;
analytical skills: ability to anticipate project challenges and propose effective solutions;
proficiency in tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar;
strong English language skills.

What is waiting for you:

Responsibilities:

gather and document technical and business requirements from stakeholders;
lead sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and track daily progress;
prioritize and manage backlogs, breaking down epics into actionable tasks;
collaborate with developers, designers, product teams and support to resolve issues and manage feature requests;
monitor KPIs and risks, reporting regularly to the CTO;
optimize team workflow using project management tools and maintain documentation.
