I’m Malin Holmlund, manager for the Customer Care Services team in IT Engagement unit. We have a global set up in my team with 10 employees and around 20 consultants with different roles working mainly in the Nordics and expanding to Baltics. Right now, we are looking for an experienced Full stack or Frontend developer to join the TOCA team in Customer Care Services.

As a Full stack/Frontend developer in TOCA team (Telia Order and Care), you will be a great contributor using modern technologies to build the future, thin portal application for Telia Customer Service Representatives and sales agents across countries and segments.

TOCA is our north star and for 2.5 years we have kicked off our digitalization journey to build the core of TOCA from scratch based on common platform, common solutions, and common standard API’s cross Nordics and Baltics. We will scale even more and have a long journey ahead of us where you have the possibility to be part of building our future application for our customer support and sales agents.

Two Scrum Masters leads the daily work for the TOCA team consisting of 17 developers that you will be a part of.

We use SAFe as our framework meaning that we are cross functional teams working together.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Deliver results to our stakeholders by developing and deploying solutions based on CI/CD pipeline.

• Co-operate with business (users) and other areas on common deliveries.

• Drive your area according to decisions and goals in a modern, agile and DevOps way.

Is this you?

Since our unit is spread across several countries, you need to have good communication skills and you need to be a true team player. I believe you are solution oriented, initiator, have a natural drive to reach your goals and passion for new technologies, trends, patterns, and frameworks. Being analytical is a big plus.

Your Experience:

If you are a Frontend developer:

• Extensive development experience with JavaScript (React).
• Experience with unit and e2e testing, as well as accessibility and visual testing.

Additional Backend competence if you are a Fullstack developer:

• Good Java programming knowledge.
• Experience in micro service architecture (e.g., using Kubernetes, Grafana). 
• Good understanding of Functional Programming.
• Knowledge in MongoDB.
• Knowledge in domain driven design/architecture.

General experience:

• Understanding of Customer experience and accessibility standards.
• Experience in agile development methods and practices, i.e., Scrum, SAFe.
• Experience with complex web projects.
• Experience in developing and maintaining automated tests.

We would be thrilled if you have:

• Knowledge in caching and performance optimization. 
• Experience using other frontend technologies like HTML, CSS and TypeScript.
• Experience in projects applying TDD, test automation and CI/CD.
