Data Analytics Hub in Telia Global Services Lithuania with many talented and friendly people is now expanding! Unit mainly consists of business data analysts, data engineers and martech developers. Team members of this Hub are strongly integrated into the Telia Company Analytics unit to build awesome data and analytical products for customers across all countries of Telia Company.

As a BI Developer, you have a great passion for people and data along with strategic thinking. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining powerful Qlik Sence BI products which enables organization to make important decisions. To achieve delivery goals, you will need to show technical and logical thinking skills as well as be a good communicator.

As a valuable member of Data Analytics Hub, we expect you to be proactive and influential towards driving initiatives like improving data products quality, scalability, reusability, improving data literacy and ensuring its democratization across the company. You are ready to learn and grow together with us.

Is this you?

You are independent with a strong passion to drive organizations to become data driven. Still, you are a team player that appreciates an inclusive team environment. You have a proven track-record from working with data analysis using programmatical methods and/or have used popular tools for data analysis and visualization. You have used your unique blend of analytical, technical, and business skills to create value by solving key business problems. You see data analysis and visualization as an art. It could be great if you understand our Telco industry and how we work and our products.

Your skills:

• Previously worked as Data Analyst for at least 2 years with several success stories to share
• Comfortable in applying data transformation and statistical programming using Python or R
• Skilled in developing and presenting impressive insights using modern visualization tools like Qlik Sense or other
• Proficient in writing complex queries with SQL
• Experience in agile ways of working 
• Good in stakeholder management
• Great presentation skills along with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner
• Background related to Telco is a bonus
