My name is Rytis Staneika, and I am proudly leading Architecture & Delivery management unit within Telia IT. The Architecture & Delivery management team is focusing on Architecture and Delivery manager Services consolidation across the countries while keeping evolving and maintaining quality across our installed base. Strong engagement with our business stakeholders and partners will be key to secure best in class performances. As we continue forward, we are now going to recruit Atlassian Jira & Confluence DevOps Engineer to provide excellent customer services for our internal users.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
Technical Leadership: Act as the Subject Matter Expert on JIRA and Confluence, to provide strategic guidance and enhance our workflows.
Automation Management: Develop and maintain automation solutions, empowering our teams to work more efficiently and effectively.
Solution Development: Analyze internal team and customer requirements, designing and implementing solutions that address their unique needs.
Platform Administration: Manage and administer JIRA and Confluence, ensuring their smooth and secure operation.
SCRUM Participation: Engage actively in SCRUM meetings, contributing your insights and expertise to maintain project success.
Is this you?
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with JIRA (Server/DataCenter) and Confluence.
- Proficiency in creating complex JIRA workflows, schemes, and notifications.
- Knowledge of Java, Groovy, Python, PHP, JS, or SQL (at least one preferred).
- Familiarity with REST API usage.
- Advantageous: Scripting with Scriptrunner for Jira/Confluence and Crowd knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Effective time management and adaptability in a dynamic environment, ability to work independently end-to-end.
