MID/SENIOR .NET DEVELOPER • TELEMATICS

We are looking for a Mid/Senior .NET Developer to join our cross-functional team in Vilnius or Kaunas. You will develop a hybrid (cloud and on-premises) vehicle tracking device management system that serves millions of IoT devices daily. Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.
In this role, you will:
- Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable software.
- Write a high-quality, clean, and maintainable code.
- Test and debug software.
- Investigate and resolve software issues.
- Monitor and analyze software performance, also search for ways to optimize it.
- Assist team members in achieving common goals.
- Collaborate with other departments in analyzing, evaluating, and implementing complex solutions.
- Work independently and within an Agile Scrum team.
- Participate in architectural decisions splitting cloud application to hybrid application (cloud + on-premises).
What we expect of you:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest .NET technologies.
- Have a strong understanding of C#, ASP.NET, and other .NET technologies.
- Have experience with MySQL or other relational databases and ORM (Entity Framework Core).
- Know how to design and develop RESTful APIs.
- Apply SOLID principles in your everyday work.
- Have experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
- Have experience with some of the major cloud providers.
- Experience in writing Unit and Integration tests.
- Have good communication and teamwork skills.
- Mentor and train junior developers.
Ideally, you also have:
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing highly scalable systems.
- Expertise in utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with Docker/Podman containerization technologies.
- Experience working with Sentry, Elasticsearch, Kibana, or similar log management tools.
- Understanding of low-level TCP and UDP communication protocols.
- Knowledge of cloud and on-premise alternatives for virtual machines, distributed cache, message queue, and blob file storage.

Salary
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 27 EUR/h up to 35 Eur/h (~4300 – 5880 EUR) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise with the option to get bonuses.
