We are looking for a Junior Cyber Security Specialist to strengthen our ambitious R&D department in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will work with the leading networking solutions in the world and master your skills.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious engineer to improve their skills and be part of the cyber security team to protect our networking devices.

In this role, you will:

• Audit Teltonika Networks IoT devices and cloud services for security issues.
• Assess and document IoT devices and other systems vulnerability.
• Install, automate and maintain security tooling.
• Perform penetration testing and threat modelling.
• Work with development teams to provide advisory on security related topics.
• Provide security consulting.

What we expect of you:

• Appropriate technical education.
• Knowledge of embedded system, server, computer network or WEB application security.
• Knowledge of cyber security principals, controls, attack types and vulnerability handling.
• Writing clear and concise reports.
• Scripting experience.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Knowledge of C/C++, Shell, Python programming languages.
• DevOps experience.
• Knowledge of IT/Cyber Security international standards (NIST, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, OWASP).
• Knowledge of Linux OS.
• Experience with embedded devices.
• Practical experience with cyber security and penetration testing.
• Certificates that are associated with cyber security.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 10 Eur/h up to 18 Eur/h (~1660 Eur - 2988 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
