Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Equipment Integration Engineer to join our new and expanding PCB manufacturing team in Vilnius.
We are an open and innovation-driven manufacturing company, ready to create the best environment for creative professionals who want to contribute to the success of TLT PCB.
In this role you will:
- Participation in a large-scale project for implementing a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in several new factories.
- Install and configure the MES to ensure it works seamlessly with the new equipment
- Build and optimize manufacturing processes from scratch, ensuring everything operates smoothly
- Development and enhancement of the MES
Requirements:
- Expertise in factory automation and equipment integration
- High-level experience in equipment integration using OPC-UA and/or SECS/GEM standards
- Understanding of communication protocols (MQTT, RS-232, TCP/IP)
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming (preferably in C#/.Net or Typescript).
- Proficiency in SQL language
- Understanding of web services (REST, JSON, XML)
- Good command of English, both spoken and written (working in an international team)
- Ability to work effectively in a team
In this position, you will receive training abroad, so be prepared for business trips to gain new knowledge about the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and how to implement it with our manufacturing equipment.

The salary for this position is from 25 Eur/h up to 35 Eur/h ( 4150 Eur - 5810 Eur) pre-tax with the option to get substantial monthly bonuses according to your results.
