We are seeking a motivated Product Owner to guide a team in the development and implementation of financial products while managing a complex stakeholder landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile methodologies, strong leadership skills, and be accustomed to managing complex stakeholder relationships. As a Product Owner, you will guide your own full-stack team and collaborate with other cross-functional teams to define product vision, develop strategy, and deliver effective solutions that meet the needs of our internal and external customers. Being part of a leadership group with other product owners and chapter leads, you will have the opportunity to work across the organisation and engage in more strategic tasks.

Mission
- Define product vision and strategy aligned with the company’s goals and customer needs
- Guide an agile product development team, ensuring clear communication and a collaborative approach
- Prioritise the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation
- Ensure that sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives foster continuous improvement with support from Agile Champions and coaches
- Monitor product performance using key metrics and apply necessary adjustments
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience as a Product Owner in the financial industry is preferred
- Understanding of agile methodologies and experience in guiding agile teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to think strategically and implement plans thoughtfully
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Advanced level of English

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Squad Leader (Product Owner).
