Task information:

Ensure that the B&P department operates safely and in accordance with legal, regional and group standards.
Responsible for all processes and people from raw material intake through to beer filtration.
Responsible for the delivery of agreed production plans according to quality, cost and service criteria.
Responsible for the short and long term development of people and plant within the B&P department.
Drive performance gaps closure and continuous improvement of B&P KPIs through effective use of Carlsberg Excellence Methodologies.
Takes active part in plant senior management team on development and execution of company strategy.
Embraces and drives change at site by active participation in regional and global B&P best practice community activities.

University degree in Food Engineering or Food industry technology.
Managerial experience (preferably within drinks production environment).
5 years’ experience within a B&P environment.
Proven experience in managing budgets, developing people and plant and delivering performance improvements.
Fluent in Lithuanian and English languages.
Strong user in MS Office a requirement (SAP would be an advantage).
Thinking like a creative innovator.
