Fjord Bank is a highly focused challenger bank aiming to take the pole position within consumer credits and deposits by applying an efficient distribution setup with fully automated application process and digital solutions. We reckon that there is no need to go to a bank to get service/credit and our vision is to simplify services that are needlessly complicated - facilitate speed and ease in obtaining consumer credit with simple, user-friendly, easy-to-use online platform and instant feedback on loan. We believe that Fjord Bank has an unique opportunity to gain a first mover advantage and to take the pole position in this niche and to disrupt the legacy banks. Fjord Bank was established by three Scandinavian investors with a proven track record of success, large and strong networks and good understanding of the Nordic and the Baltic markets. Recently, the Bank marked an important milestone by successfully completing an EUR 3m private placement and attracting a pool of high quality Nordic investors. Fjord Bank sees itself much bigger by growing geographically going forward: Our ambition is to list the shares on a Nordic Stock Exchange and grow internationally - rights to passport banking license in EU gives us possibility to grow beyond our initial market, Lithuania! We are currently in the process of application for European Banking License from Bank of Lithuania. Today, Fjord Bank is searching for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to take the Bank to the next level, define and implement strategies, start consumer loans activities and guide through the banking application process.
