The AML Case Handling and Integrations squads are looking for UI/UX designer who will help take our platform to the next level. Our Mission is to protect our customers, society and the bank from Financial Crime by developing Transaction monitoring solutions and processes to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will join another two designers covering the transaction monitoring, screening and fraud domain as part of the Danske Bank’s Financial Crime Lifecycle Management Tribe. We are cross-national with colleagues across the Nordics, Lithuania, Poland and India.

The team’s responsibilities range from improving the current solution to conceptualizing & launching new universes supporting our colleagues as they monitor customer transactions. This is part of larger, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening and fraud domain. The squad consists of a Product Owner, a UX designer (You), business analysts, developers and architects.

As a UX Designer, you are also part of the Human Centered Design chapter, with UX colleagues working in adjacent squads. The chapter will support your UX efforts and will ensure the sharing of best practices and shared vision.

Your days will primarily tied to squad activities such as stand ups, refinement and prioritization meetings. You will have to plan your work according to delivery plans, including making time to meet with users and design. You will also engage your design chapter colleagues to ideate and come up with solutions to the different challenges that arise.

Mission

  • Implement the best-in-class customer-tailored seamless interface to support high-quality data collection and provide a high-quality customer experience
  • Will be the primary responsible for UX/UI in the squad, and you will have a team of experienced UX/UI designers who will support and guide you if necessary
  • You may also support other squads, as the needs of UX vary across our tribe and improvement ideas in this area are always encouraged
  • Ensure that we have a close dialogue with our customers and other stakeholders, and those insights are continuously created and shared with the team
  • Engage with end users and stakeholders, collect insights on different business requirements and those insights are continuously created and shared with the team
  • Do usability testing and research
  • Collaborate closely with front end developers in the implementation of solutions

Skills

  • 3+ years of practical experience in delivering digital solid UI /UX solutions
  • Experience in conducting interviews & workshops with users is expected
  • Ability to translate research findings into a design strategy or UI design
  • Good at visualizing and communicating solutions to stakeholders
  • Be a team member and can figure to navigate in a landscape consisting of business analysts, developers and designers
  • You are a person who has the ability and motivation to UI/UX tasks forward and challenges assumptions to be the voice of our customers
  • Collaborating and supporting your team members should come naturally as we work in cross-functional teams, and you can also handle your tasks
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills, both written and spoken

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3680 EUR to 5520 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
