Do you want to play a significant role in driving digital transformation, modernising the IT landscape, and ensuring we continue to support and grow our customer portfolio? This is a complex task, and we are seeking an experienced Tribe Architect to take on this responsibility.

Housing Journeys focuses on developing digital solutions for both customers and advisers in property financing across the Danish, Finnish, and Swedish markets. Our goal is to enable easy and informed decisions on real estate financing by providing intuitive and simple digital experiences.

Building upon Danske Bank’s Forward ‘28 strategy, we aim to deliver key concepts and initiatives that will support the bank in shifting market momentum and regaining its position as a mortgage market leader.

We endeavour to support commercial housing initiatives, develop an end-to-end digital housing universe for buyers and owners, modernise housing advisory tools, integrate key housing functionalities in Mobile Bank, generate new housing leads, and develop new value propositions and relevant housing add-ons to encourage more customers to use Danske Bank as their primary bank, driven by mortgage refinancing.

Our Tribe consists of 15 teams located in Copenhagen, Denmark; Vilnius, Lithuania; and Bangalore, India.

Experienced Tribe Architect with a Stakeholder Focus

We are looking for an experienced Tribe Architect to shape and implement our technology strategy. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our technology, ensuring it aligns with our business goals and objectives.

Depending on your experience, you may be offered a role with different seniority.

Mission

  • Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the target architecture for the tribe, including defining technology standards and best practices
  • Solution Design: Create and document detailed architecture designs, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency
  • Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance our IT landscape
  • Governance: Define and enforce architecture governance processes and standards
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of architecture designs and changes
  • Leadership: Be part of the Tribe Leadership Team and ensure alignment of our development roadmap with our target architecture through milestones

Skills

  • Have over 7 years of solid experience as an architect or in a similar role and are proficient in architecture modelling tools and concepts
  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field
  • Pragmatic team player, driven by curiosity, and willing to learn
  • Thrive on continuous improvements with an agile mindset and pay attention to detail
  • Interested in networking and communicating with all levels of our organisation and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Skilled at engaging in discussions, owning your decisions, and leading with confidence
  • Advanced English skills, both verbal and written

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 5520 EUR to 8280 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Leader of team (Tribe Architect).
