In the Human Resources department at Danske Bank, we are a team of experienced professionals united by a shared goal to enrich our workplace by hiring skilled people. Our Talent Acquisition Team operates internationally, including a group of 16 people based in Lithuania.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner focusing on Employment Branding, you will find a role that is both meaningful and significant. Working closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, such as Talent Acquisition partners, communication experts, hiring managers, and higher education institutions, your main objective will be to create, manage, and organise various projects and events aimed at attracting skilled professionals and creating engaging experiences for new talents, students, reskilled specialists, and alumni. You’ll also manage mailboxes and SharePoints to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
This position is perfect for a motivated candidate who enjoys navigating varied situations, values cross-collaboration, possesses creative skills, and is comfortable with public speaking. The ideal candidate is proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with various partners and stakeholders. A creative thinker who likes problem-solving and is keen to contribute meaningfully will excel in this role. Experience in project and event coordination is beneficial; a passion for connecting people and creating memorable experiences is key.
Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).

Mission
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition partners, communication departments, and leaders in the Lithuanian site to identify and navigate hiring challenges and employer branding needs from the HR perspective
- Lead initiatives with higher education institutions, coding schools, and internship programmes to build strong pipelines and hire successful candidates who align with our organisational culture
- Plan and execute events focused on early career professionals, aiming to attract and engage diverse job seekers, thereby enhancing our reputation as an employer of choice
- Strengthen our presence on LinkedIn by sharing compelling content, engaging with the community, and advocating for Talent Acquisition initiatives
- Develop and implement an employer branding toolkit and establish best practices within the team to ensure consistency and effectiveness in our outreach efforts
- Periodically assess materials such as job adverts and offers to ensure they meet branding goals and reflect our values and mission
- Bring valuable market insights and knowledge concerning employer branding trends to the team, keeping everyone informed and agile in responding to market dynamics
- Share updates within our team from the Communication team in Lithuania to ensure strategies are well-integrated and aligned with our overarching objectives
Skills
- 2+ Years of experience in Talent Acquisition/HR and employer branding projects and programmes
- Proven experience in project management, event organisation, or a related field and interest in early career programmes and initiatives
- Solid collaboration skills with the ability to work smoothly with diverse teams, including Talent Acquisition, Communication, and Leadership
- Advanced Lithuanian and English skills, both written and spoken. Also, Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with higher education institutions and external partners
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to identify and address hiring challenges and employer-branding needs
- Familiarity with recruitment models, tactics, and employer branding strategies
- Ability to analyse market trends and provide actionable insights on employer branding
- Ability to use LinkedIn for professional advocacy and networking

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2640 EUR to 3960 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Consultant - HR (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Talent development).
