You will join our global specialized team implementing the banks Third-Party Risk Management Programme enabling the organisation to identify, assess, mitigate, and manage the risks associated with suppliers, outsourcers, and partners. As a Senior Specialist in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), your act as an expert on risk associated with third party arrangements including third party risk, operational risk, and supply chain risk in all phases of the TPRM lifecycle from due diligence and onboarding to lifecycle management and termination. You will be the TPRM process gatekeeper and ensure that third party arrangements are handled and assessed in line with the internal requirements and processes. This includes offering expert advice to line managers, contract owners, and subject-matter specialists balancing business needs against costs, requirements, and risks.
The role is thus vital in implementing and maintaining Danske Banks TPRM Programme in alignment with regulatory expectations and internal policies.

Mission
- Craft and revise policies, procedures, tools, and templates to meet the required standards
- Continuously develop and refine the TPRM framework and processes together with your colleagues
- Lead and drive the due diligence and risk assessments processes in all phases of the TPRM lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts to inform risks assessments
- Effectively analyse complex risk scenarios, devise pragmatic solutions, and communicate results in an easily comprehensible manner
- Develop strong relationships with business and management teams, providing expert advice on third-party risk management issues
Skills
- Have a bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, information technology or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications is beneficial
- Demonstrate solid expertise and experience in third party risk management, vendor management and operational risk management within the financial industry
- Strong understanding and experience in working with core regulatory requirements such as GDPR, DORA, relevant compliance standards and industry best practices
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy and information security concepts
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and assess risks
- Advanced English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Nordic languages is advantageous
- Solid communication skills for effective collaboration

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3120 EUR to 4680 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Specialist – Risk, Senior.
