Are you a passionate Project Manager who enjoys delivering group-wide projects in complex environments? Then join our team!

Our Operational Excellence team is part of the Enterprise Process Management area. Our focus is on implementing strategic projects and process improvements across the bank. The team is located primarily in Lithuania (Vilnius) and Denmark (Copenhagen).

By joining us in this role, you will take part in driving the Group wide initiatives such designing & following thought solutions for operational documentation and storage.

Mission

• Ensure high-quality project management activities throughout all project lifecycle stages
• Take the leading role in high complexity and wide scope projects (primeraly driving Operational Documentation agenda)
• Manage a complex landscape of stakeholders
• Take care of matrixed direction and leadership for all project team participants
• Contribute to improvement of the project management models

Skills

• Very good practical understanding of all project management disciplines and phases using different methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• At least 3 years of experience in the end-to-end project management (implementing Regulatory projects would be advantageous)
• Extensive stakeholder management experience at all levels
• Agility, solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Advanced English skills (both written and spoken)
• Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
• Technology and data knowledge or transformation experience (would be advantageous)
• Lean & Six Sigma knowledge (would be advantageous)

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3840 EUR to 5760 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
