The Senior Contract Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of vendor contracts across Danske Bank. This role is part of a community of skilled contract and vendor performance managers operating between Lithuania and Denmark.

As a Senior Contract Manager you will carry out all lifecycle management governance post-contract signature and play a supporting role in pre-contract negotiations and contract creation. Contracts under management will vary in scope and criticallity. The role will organisationally report direct to the VP, Head of Vendor Management.

Mission

• Support procurement and business teams in negotiating, scribing, and signing key contract schedules
• Coordinate the creation of specific Vendor Management-focused contract schedules
• Handle vendor onboarding tasks from a tooling and process perspective to facilitate transition and ongoing vendor governance management procedures
• Update and maintain all necessary vendor and contract details in tooling
• Ensure that the ongoing service is delivered as per contract and represent the contract across the organisation to internal customers
• Solicit required data, statistics, and reports for analysis to facilitate effective service monitoring and serve as the point of escalation for issues/incidents relating to the contract
• Participate in negotiating service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs) relating to the service, and manage the contract change process as required
• Liaise with appropriate process owners throughout the contract lifecycle, such as Service Continuity, Service Availability, Service Capacity, Service Level Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Risk Management, and Security Management, and support the Contract Owner in all contractual matters and questions to maximise the benefit for Danske Bank

Skills

• Experience in managing complex vendors and contracts (5+ years)
• Commerically and financially astute
• Ability to write and read contractually sound positions
• Communication skills, able to interact professionally with a range of audiences
• Collaborator with the ability to shape your focus around varying, potentially un-related topics
• Ability to build data, presentations etc for senior audiences
• Ideal candidate would have experience from the Banking industry (or a parallel, highly regulated environment)
• Advanced English language skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3800 EUR to 5700 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
