As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will have an integral role in supporting the development and improvement of emerging technologies within our compliance function. You will work closely with both our technology and compliance teams to ensure that our innovative projects meet regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Mission
- Drive some of the compliance oversight of emerging technology projects, including but not limited to automatization, generative artificial intelligence, and data analytics
- Support testing and piloting emerging tools and ensure proper implementation
- Collaborate with technology teams to understand their projects and advise on compliance matters from the design phase through implementation and operation
- Collaborate with the risk assessment and compliance review teams for technology projects, identifying areas for improvement
- Facilitate training and awareness sessions for the compliance teams to adapt to the new technology
Skills
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services, technology, or related industry, with a proven history of implementing compliance for technology projects
- Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape related to emerging technologies
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional compliance certification is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex information
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and senior management
- Advanced English skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, create positive change in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to deliver quality work while meeting deadlines

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3360 EUR to 5040 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
