As a Senior Business Analyst in the Data Protection team, you will be building the processes and solutions in the 1st line of defence which enables the bank to protect the rights of our customers and employees, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Mission
- Develop and implement data protection processes, solutions, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to refine and deliver requirements from both regulatory and end-user perspectives
- Facilitate and drive the workshops with Legal, Compliance, and technical and non-technical subject-matter experts across various business units
- Translate conceptual ideas into visual representations, such as process diagrams or PowerPoint presentations, to drive effective product, process, and tool development
- Document new workflows and controls in Standard Operating Procedures and Business Procedures
- Collect and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations that enhance data protection strategies
Skills
- Have at least 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement field or similar
- Experience in creating instructions and guidelines such as Business Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures
- Have knowledge of data privacy and data protection, with practical experience in GDPR or other compliance regulations would be beneficial
- An understanding of risk management and internal control frameworks and processes would be beneficial
- Proficient with presentation tools such as PowerPoint
- Possess expert analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, alongside change management abilities
- Enjoy taking ownership and driving tasks to completion, while simplifying complex topics for clear communication
- Advanced English language skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
