Would you like to become part of the AML Review Tribe’s Squad, where we cover KYC (Know Your Customer) areas like identification, customer limitation and offboarding?

Our mission in the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Review Tribe is to protect our customers, society and banks from financial crime by developing highly automated AML due diligence processes to ensure regulatory compliance. If you are interested in fighting financial crime with modern, highly automated processes, then the AML Review Tribe is the place to be.

You will be a part of the Identity, Blocking, Offboarding ＆ AML KYC squad – expanding capabilities for customer identification and KYC solutions. The Squad works as a hybrid team in Denmark, Lithuania and India, so we are used to working digitally.

You will also join the Business Analyst Chapter within the AML Review Tribe. The Chapter Lead will be your HR manager, supporting and mentoring you to ensure your personal and professional growth.

Mission

• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and developers to design and implement solutions, evaluate risks and manage expectations
• Analyze, write business and technical requirements, be able to create wireframes & processes maps.
• Conduct research and drive dialogue with Risk and Compliance colleagues
• Participate in testing, release management and similar tasks to ensure high solution quality
• Support Product Owner in driving different initiatives
• Actively participate & facilitate in agile events and Chapter knowledge sessions

Skills

• Have experience in business and/or technical analysis, product development and testing
• Take ownership of tasks and initiatives, showing willingness to address challenges & support fellow Business Analysts
• Know how to analyze data to identify potential improvement and extract meaningful insights
• Have great time management and communication skills
• You are self-organizing and work autonomously with the mandate to move fast and get things done
• Preferably you have experience working in an Agile context, understanding of Agile practices and tools
• Preferably you have previous experience with AML
• Advanced English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Analyst - Business, Senior.
