We are shaping the future of our service organization and are seeking a passionate project manager to help drive transformative changes. As part of the Transformation Centre of Excellence, you will join a diverse team of experienced project and program managers committed to supporting Danske Bank’s strategy.
Your role will focus on strategic initiatives aimed at transforming our Services organization, with a special emphasis on integrating digitalization initiatives across various departments and units.

This position can be located either in Copenhagen, Denmark or Vilnius, Lithuania. If the position is located in Lithuania monthly salary range will be from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
If the position is based in Lithuania, travel must be expected.
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.
Mission
- Coordinating and managing strategic projects across multiple divisions, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with overall business objectives
- Utilize your management consulting experience to analyse complex project requirements, set clear goals, and ensure stable progress
- Coordinate efforts and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, to ensure transparency and alignment
- Apply your project management skills to oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
- Promote a collaborative environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement in project management practices
Skills
- Experience as a management consultant/project manager (or similar role)
- Proven record of managing projects and a solid project management toolbox
- Advanced stakeholder management abilities, capable of navigating a diverse and dynamic corporate landscape
- Analytical mindset with the ability to navigate problems systematically and effectively
- Apply a highly structured approach to your work
- You have a strong drive and can balance managing, coordinating, and executing tasks
- Experience in service operations and solid commercial understanding is beneficial
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., IPMA, PMP) and familiarity with Agile methodologies are highly regarded
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
