Risk & Compliance Tribe brings together business and IT professionals into cross-functional squads and enables us to work in a truly agile organization. Each of these squads is self-organized teams empowering its employees to take their own decisions while working on the end-to-end delivery of products and services.

We are aiming at transforming the way we develop Compliance, Risk and Legal/Regulatory management solutions in the Bank, therefore, we are looking for an experienced Product Owner who has a continuous improvement mindset and is willing to drive the transformation in this area.

The Product Owner we are looking for will lead a newly created squad that will focus on priorities within the Legal and Regulatory management lifecycle. The squad consists of six talented IT and business professionals located across Lithuania and India.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.

Mission

• Set direction for your squad and contribute to achieving the mission of the Risk & Compliance Tribe
• Help, guide and empower your squad to deliver on our high priority deliverables which will support the digital transformation journey of key Legal, Regulatory and Third-Party Management processes
• Align priorities and objectives by proactively interacting with a large and complex stakeholder landscape
• Align and collaborate closely with other Product Owners within and outside of the Risk & Compliance Tribe
• Foster an empowering environment that values diversity, inclusion, teamwork, and Agile way of working

Skills

• 3+ years of Experience working as a Product Owner with strong understanding of software lifecycle management
• Experience working closely with software engineers, business analysts, and business leadership to define product vision and strategy across product areas
• Strategic mindset and ability to build long term direction together with stakeholders
• Ability to progressively lead the team towards delivery, ensuring daily advancements towards project goals
• Advanced stakeholder management skills, and an ability to navigate in a large and complex business
• Experience with running third party vendor processes is a benefit
• Experience in working with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) would be considered as a beneficial asset
• Upper-Intermediate English skills, both written and spoken

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Squad Leader (Product Owner).
