We are a team of 20 colleagues, working with various tasks to fulfil our customer needs in Buying&Owning Real Estate HUB. Our day consists of handling back-office services for private customers in Swedish market, and our tasks vary from simple to complex ones.

We have Swedish speakers in our team and provide the possibility to participate in the language courses, so you will have a chance to start learning Swedish.
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.
Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).
This role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates who are not based in Lithuania.
Mission
- Administrate loans for private customers in the Swedish market
- Work with collaterals
- Disburse or redeem loans
- Deal with analytical tasks (investigate cases and prepare various bank documents)
- Communicate daily with our stakeholders
- Participate in migrations
- Discuss ideas and be proactive in our continuous improvement
- Take ownership of maintaining high-quality services for our customers
Skills
- 2+ Years of Back office experience in banking or other finance-related international organization
- Higher education (or last year student at University) would be considered as a beneficial asset
- Swedish language skills (up to B1 level) would be considered as a beneficial asset (for which you will receive a monthly language bonus allowance, that depends on your language knowledge level)
- Upper-Intermediate English skills, both written and spoken
- Focus on high quality, accuracy, and customer-centricity
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in an environment, when coping with peak periods to meet tight deadlines

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1440 EUR to 2160 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Officer - Service Delivery.
