As a Corporate Actions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing corporate actions for our clients’ investment portfolios. Your skills will ensure that our clients’ investments are optimized, and all corporate actions are executed accurately and efficiently.

Mission

• Monitor and analyze corporate actions including mergers, acquisitions, dividend payments, stock splits, and more
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of corporate actions in accordance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with various internal departments, including trading, compliance, and investment teams, to coordinate corporate action responses
• Provide expert guidance to clients and internal stakeholders regarding the impact of corporate actions on their portfolios
• Perform risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks associated with corporate actions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to corporate actions
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in corporate actions processing

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• Previous experience in corporate actions processing within a financial institution or asset management firm
• Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and corporate actions
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Income or Corporate Actions processing would be considered a benefit
• SWIFT knowledge would be considered a benefit
• Upper-Intermediate English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1840 EUR to 2760 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Officer - Service Delivery Specialist (Markets Specialist).
