Junior Officer in Securities Withholding Tax Services LT Team (Temporary Contract)

Our mission is to bring value to our clients through the provision of tax reclaim and relief at source services on our client’s investments.
We are an evolving team with people from diverse backgrounds, such as taxes, finance, teaching, law, arts, etc. We also work side by side with the other team located in Denmark, thus enabling more connections with other highly experienced experts.
Recently we have gone through a restructuring of the area where we have adopted new and improved ways of working within the team and we are aiming high to reach operational excellence and deliver great service to our clients.

Although the daily operations include to some extent routine and repeatable tasks, there is still a lot of space to learn skills and knowledge applicable to other areas of finance, and not only.
Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for maternity cover (expected duration: around 12 months).

Mission
- Be responsible for various administrational tasks
- Work with filing tax reclaims and setting up clients for relief at source
- Ensure that documentation details are accurate and according to the standards we have to follow
- Perform controls to ensure we do things in the right way and catch/escalate mistakes on time, and learn from those
- Add, maintain, and update information in the systems
- Send reports of open reclaims upon clients’ requests
- Communicate with small/medium/large and institutional clients, and advisors to get the needed documentation
- On a constant basis engage and communicate with Nordic and other EU tax authorities to solve issues with the client’s documentation
Skills
- Curious personality and willing to search for the answer to the questions that come up
- Willingness to learn new things in a fast paced and complex environment
- Ability to deal with routine tasks
- Team oriented person, who can communicate with different stakeholders in an efficient manner
- Upper-intermediate English skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 1160 EUR to 1740 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
Your title in job contract will be Officer - Service Delivery, Associate.
