We are seeking an ION Marketview Specialist to join our Rates E-Trade team. Our team is comprised of seasoned e-trading specialists and developers who collaborate closely with quants and business units, covering the complete end-to-end value chain. As a business-facing team, we focus on delivering both immediate solutions and strategic initiatives.

Our e-trading platform blends vendor (ION) and in-house components, supporting electronic trading for Rates, Credit, and Repo across our offices in Scandinavia and New York. We employ the Scrum process and are committed to using the latest tools and practices in our daily operations, managing the platform, and developing the next generation of trading applications for our Fixed Income businesses.

Mission

• Engage in the entire project life cycle, from the initial business and technical analysis to release and production support
• Take an active interest in directly supporting our Sales and Traders, with day-to-day support being a crucial aspect of the role
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, trading venues, and exchanges to ensure our trading platform stays competitive in a dynamic market
• Collaborate within a high-performing team while enjoying an informal and friendly work environment
• Participate in end-to-end value chain projects within the Fixed Income business
• Contribute to our digital transformation by developing solutions aligned with business and technology strategies

Skills

• Background in finance with focus on pricing and trading of Fixed Income financial instruments
• Highly motivated to become an expert in operation of Fixed Income trading platform called ION Marketview
• Strong interest in technology and drive to acquire in-depth understanding of how solutions work under the hood
• Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills, you will be required to sharpen your knowledge of SQL to query large sets of trading data
• Excellent communication skills, advanced in English
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with a positive mindset and “can do” attitude
• Commitment to continuous improvement and client service excellence

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
