As an HR Development Partner, you will have the dual role being a trusted HR Partner for leaders to consult on numerous people matters (30 %) and owning the Learning and Development agenda for the site (70%), while contributing to the Group development agenda.

In this role, you should be passionate about enabling people to learn and instilling a growth mindset, as well as developing, coordinating and running engaging workshops, and measuring their impact.

Mission

  • Be a trusted advisor and sparring partner for leaders on numerous people- impacting matters
  • Be a committed supporter of the strategic people’s agenda at Danske Bank by proactively following up on activities and deliverables, suggesting improvements and changes to meet business needs
  • Be a subject matter expert providing valuable input to HR development projects, initiatives and working groups to support business KPIs and challenges
  • Actively contribute to the implementation of Group HR concepts within areas, such as People Engagement, Talent Development, Succession Planning and Strategic Workforce Planning
  • Execute and further develop our leadership development and learning agenda
  • Be a proactive member of Group HR development community
  • Assess our individual and organisational development needs, provide recommendations and drive innovative solutions for different learning methodologies
  • Work on our partnerships with vendors linked to learning
  • Rely on analytics and own metrics to measure success and impact and develop sets of tools to empower people to own and drive their own development, enabling a responsive way of learning

Skills

  • Proven experience in executing and owning various learning models, contributing to organisational and leadership development
  • A deep understanding of effective learning and development methods, competency frameworks, and leadership development
  • Comprehensive HR generalist knowledge, well-equipped with core HR processes
  • Proven ability to build a strong rapport with stakeholders and colleagues at various levels across the Group
  • Strong problem-solving skills combined with a high personal integrity, a sense of responsibility, and focus on quality and delivery
  • A holistic overview and the ability to connect dots and reuse existing tools and processes, as well as the capacity to think outside the box and implement new ideas
  • Strong understanding of the business context and the capacity to take adequate actions and navigate accordingly
  • Passion for designing innovative workshops and development paths, and being an excellent facilitator, capable of engaging diverse people online, offline and in a hybrid setup
  • Experience in HRBP (would be beneficial)
  • Advanced English language skills

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 3200 EUR to 4800 EUR gross EUR/monthly).

Your title in job contract will be Consultant – HR.
